Privacy

This policy explains what information Sixth Arc collects through sixtharc.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Sixth Arc is a trading name of SG ECOM LLC (“Sixth Arc”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming, USA limited liability company. We can be reached at [email protected].

1. Information you provide to us

When you submit an application through /apply, we collect your name, email address, and the answers you give to that service’s qualification questions (for example monthly revenue band, ad spend band, business type, and timeline). Phone number, company name, and website are collected where the form asks for them and you choose to answer.

If you email us directly, we collect whatever you include in that message and our reply to it.

2. Information collected automatically

When you submit an application, our server also records the IP address and browser user-agent the request came from, the page that referred you, and any UTM campaign parameters present in your session. This is used for spam and fraud checks, and to attribute leads to the campaign that produced them.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that applications are submitted by a person rather than a bot. Turnstile may process your IP address and device signals to produce that verification; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

3. Cookies and advertising technologies

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tags, and the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our own ads. For visitors in the UK and EEA, both are gated by Google Consent Mode v2: no advertising or analytics cookie is set until you accept the cookie banner. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage (key sixtharc-consent) and applied on every later visit until you clear it or change your choice.

When an application is qualified, we also send a server-side event to Meta’s Conversions API so a single conversion isn’t double-counted between browser and server. Your email and, if provided, phone number are one-way hashed (SHA-256) before that send — Meta receives the hash, not the underlying value.

4. How we use your information

  • To review your application and respond about whether we can take you on as a client.
  • To measure and improve the performance of our own advertising.
  • To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal basis for processing (UK and EEA visitors)

Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for advertising and analytics cookies (withdrawable at any time by changing your cookie choice); our legitimate interest in responding to applications, preventing fraud, and operating the site; and contract or pre-contract steps once you engage us as a client.

6. Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers who help us run the site and the business: Google (Tag Manager, and Analytics/Ads if enabled through it), Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection), our content management system provider, and our hosting infrastructure. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purposes described here. We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

7. International data transfers

Sixth Arc is a US company. If you are located in the UK or EEA, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on those providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for that transfer.

8. Data retention

We keep application records for as long as needed to evaluate your application, deliver services if you become a client, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see Section 9.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for cookies at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Data security

We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege API tokens for our internal systems — appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s privacy

This site is directed at businesses and professionals. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
